I am a Personal Trainer, Figure Athlete, BootCamp owner, Group Exercise Instructor & a Mum & Wife.
Fitness and Nutrition have always played a part in my life, it's something which I am truly passionate about. There's nothing better than to be able to motivate & challenge my clients to reach their goals & change their lifestyle's to ultimately be the best they can be.
I am in love with weight training, it's not all about endless hours of cardio, yes it can have it's place & I am a big fan of HIIT Training but there is something really empowering about shifting heavy weights. I train hard myself & practice what I preach. Weights are not just for the guys. My aim is to inspire other women to want to lift heavy, feel strong & get fantastic results!
I work with both male & females as a Body Compostition Coach. Whether you are looking to increase muscle, lose fat or both I will work closely with you & guide you through a resistance programme & teach you how to manage your daily food intake with a flexible approach to enable you to attain your goal.
I also work with females who are looking to take it a step further & compete in Natural Body Building.
My Classes, H.I.I.T.CAMP (BootCamp) & Personal Training sessions are based in the Ellesmere Port & Chester area.
